Three new members have joined the NOSW Board of Directors, attending their first meeting by Zoom on Feb. 2, 2021. The new members bring the number of Directors to 13.
Latona Gamble, a 2014 graduate of the NOSW residential program, lives in Richmond, KY, where she is a student at Eastern Kentucky University. She replaces Lauren Skiles, another NOSW graduate, who left the Board due to term limits.
Zinnia Hensley is the social service coordinator and victims’ advocate for the Berea Police Department. She lives in Berea, KY.
Alys Smith is a lawyer who works as a mediator in Menlo Park, CA. She and her husband, the retired CEO of Intuit, also have a home in White Sulphur Springs, WV, where they hope to eventually live full-time. They have a foundation focused on funding projects in West Virginia. (Her husband is a native of West Virginia. Alys was born in Ohio.)
