Graduates of the NOSW Berea residential program may apply to serve as House Sisters. House Sisters play a vital role during residential sessions: providing emotional support for participants, transporting them to classes, assisting with meals, cleaning our spaces, and other duties as assigned. To qualify for this role, you must be discreet, empathetic, energetic, and flexible. You must be able to drive at night, be exposed to cleaning products, and tolerate long work days.
