Seven NOSW graduates joined four staff members at the beautiful Carter Caves State Resort Park for the long weekend of September 19-22 to explore servant leadership.

The group dove deep into what servant leadership looks like, how values impact leadership, and how to grow in their own leadership roles. Outside the classroom, they explored the caves and enjoyed dinner at a local restaurant.
