This year’s annual kick-off to the holiday season will be held Nov.12-14 at Churchill’s in Berea, Ky. After last year’s cancellation due to the COVID 19 pandemic, the Festival of Trees (FoT) is back on the calendar with plans to be bigger and better than ever.
Of course there will be an array of beautifully decorated trees available to the highest bidder. The hope is to have double the number of trees in the 2019 Festival—some decorated by sponsors, some by local elementary students. But this year’s Festival has other new features as well:
- A Friday evening preview party (reception and dinner) with an array of local vendors, special musical entertainment and a live auction (Tickets will be available Sept 1).
- A full-day Saturday of holiday music provided by local choirs and musicians, shopping for holiday gifts from local vendors, a silent auction and–of course, bidding on the beautiful trees.
- If you don’t need a tree yourself this year, you can spread holiday cheer by bidding on a tree to donate to a local healthcare or senior living center. A list of organizations that have requested a tree will be posted at the event.
- Santa Claus and face-painting will be available at posted times on Saturday so you don’t miss the fun.
Sponsorships are available now. You can download the form below with detailed information about sponsorship levels and perks, or contact Robbie Pentecost with questions: 859-985-7200 or email@example.com.
Tickets for the Friday evening reception will be available here starting Sept. 1, 2021
